Team DuRada Mentoring & Coaching's mission is to serve as a powerful catalyst for entrepreneurs to experience Extraordinary Success in Business and Life.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe that all growth, especially extraordinary and sustainable growth, begins from within. It is after expanding awareness and then beliefs regarding what is possible for each person - not what is theoretically possible for everyone - that each individual can fully utilize and achieve his or her potential, and the potential that any mastermind group, course, or community offers.
We believe that business is a means to an end and is not an end in itself. Therefore, our focus on Extraordinary Success serves the deeper purpose of experiencing an Extraordinary Life. Team DuRada's focus is on achieving success in business and in life rather than professional success at the expense of personal life.
Finally, we believe that entrepreneurs experience unique challenges and opportunities. Accordingly, our specialized focus is working with entrepreneurs and our resources are dedicated to this special and gifted group of people.

To accomplish this commitment we personally lead all Mastermind Groups, Courses, Seminars, Coaching, and Strategy Intensives. We are available during and outside of scheduled sessions to answer questions and to assist participants to benefit from the full potential that Team DuRada has to offer.

KELLI DUROY
Kelli has had extensive experience in life and in business. Professionally, she has worked in a variety of roles such as marketing, sales training, team building, negotiation strategies as well as mentoring and management.
During her career, Kelli realized her gift for mentoring, training and coaching was instrumental in pushing her teams to the next level. After a number of years, this experience also helped her in founding a company that specializes in Real estate staging, Interior design and Home organization. She also realized she could capitalize her business by obtaining an ASP accreditation in home staging and interior design after her nine years in home-improvement. This covered areas such as kitchen and bath renovations, flooring and basement refinishing.
While expanding her business, Kelli searched for an opportunity that complemented her ongoing concern. The process allowed her to obtain her Catalyft coaching certification in order to assist small businesses to move to their next level of excellence. This endeavor allowed Kelli to roll her vast experience in the areas of networking and entrepreneurship coupled with her ability to problem solve and negotiate for best business results .
As the owner of Team DuRada Mentoring and Coaching, Kelli has integrated her ability to coach, facilitate and assist in achieving business excellence for other small underserved business owners. With the utilization of the proprietary Catalyft success system, she assists in either one on one coaching, business mastermind groups, or next level workshops designed specifically with the small business owner in mind.
By integrating her life and business experience, Kelli feels her ability to brainstorm, problem solve and negotiate has allowed her to move small businesses forward in achieving transformational excellence. She feels the ability to connect with others and provide a safe, supportive environment is essential for small businesses to realize success in cultivating their next level clients.
In life, Kelli pursues a variety of interests such as reading, painting, working out and competitive Ballroom / Latin dancing in Europe, the Midwest, and the Eastern seaboard. She is married to her best friend Jonathan, without whom embarking on this journey would not be possible. They are active in several local & volunteer organizations and owned by four rescues (a Shihzu Maltese mix, a tortoise shell cat, and two black cats) who are a part of their family.
Jonathan harada
Jonathan Harada, co-founder and Chief Technical Officer, is using his IT background and creative skills to support Team Durada’s infrastructure. He’s working ‘behind the scenes’ for the most part, which complements his partner Kelli’s ‘upfront’ skills and passions.
He finds much satisfaction in working with Kelli and is enjoying the new experience of being owned by multiple furry four-legged rescues.
